Our annual inspection programme allows you to identify and remedy problems before they become an expensive issue. Prevention is better than cure.
Value for money
We don't believe in charging our customers for costly equipment they don't need. That's why we use ladders when we are clearing guttering on small to medium-sized buildings. For taller buildings we are High Level IPAF Accredited, allowing us to use boom lifts & scissor lifts.
Safety first
We always follow safe procedures and wear hard hats and harnesses where appropriate. We carry out risk assessments as a matter of course and provide a method statement on request.
We have full Public Liability Insurance and Working at Heights certification.
Additional Services
Status Survey
Whilst cleaning gutters we survey the state of the gutters and the roof to deliver a report, with photographic evidence if needed.
This can lead to suggestions for further corrective work, which the client may wish to consider.
Facia & Gutter Replacement
Obviously, when cleaning gutters, damage to gutters and facia boards can be more easily be seen.
This might necessitate the repair of individual components, or suggest the replacement of larger sections.
Tile Replacement
It’s common for a few roof tiles to work-loose. Whilst we're already working at roof height, its a quick and simple job for us to replace missing tiles or re-attach loose ones.
Roof Repairs
Blocked and leaking gutters can often be the cause of more serious roofing issues.
Where such issues are spotted in the course of our work we will highlight them and suggest remedial action.
